Work has begun on a residential and commercial building in Block 67a

In New Belgrade’s Block 67a, on the corner of Yuri Gagarin Street and Youth Brigades, the construction of a residential and business complex called “A Block” has begun. The complex consists of 20 residential lamellas, two office buildings, a hotel, and retail space on the ground floor of buildings, with a gross area of 137,000 m2.

Everything is subordinated to the quality of life, comfort, and health of future residents. The first phase of construction consists of eight residential lamellas with shops on the ground floor. The choice of top materials, aesthetic criteria, energy efficiency, and green construction are the bases on which “A Blok” is formed.

The investor is the company “Deka inženjering”, and “Interfast” is the contractor of complete electrical works of strong and weak electricity in this residential and business complex.
